Employer & Industry UsageEmploys multiple architects, design professionalsIndividual professional practicing architecture

An architecture firm is a business entity that employs multiple architects and related professionals to provide design and planning services. An architect is an individual licensed professional who works within or independently of such firms. We value mentorship, professional growth, and balance, and support a studio culture that’s both design-driven and genuinely human (yes, including a 9/80 option and the occasional office dodgeball game).

  • Strong Revit proficiency; familiarity with additional design and BIM tools a plus
  • Experience across multiple project types, with civic and/or historic project experience preferred
  • Clear communicator with the ability to lead, mentor, and manage complex work
