Job description

We are currently seeking a Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in our Cleveland, Ohio location. Project management experience in complex project types is preferred. Experience in healthcare design is a plus. This leadership position requires a personable candidate with extensive experience in client service, business metrics, and successful outcomes. Prior experience working for an Architectural/Engineering Consultant or healthcare related firm is required. The candidate should have strong interpersonal and leadership skills along with the ability to work with large teams and delegate. Client and consultant coordination, budgeting and scheduling is required.
Duties
  • Initiating and managing projects from inception to completion
  • Leading staff and consultant team
  • Coordination of all disciplines
  • QA / QC of work
  • Key client contact and sales responsibilities

Requirements
  • Excellent communication, organization, work planning, team facilitation and financial management skills
  • Registered Architect in the state of Ohio (desirable to also be licensed in New York but not required)
  • Working knowledge of Revit
  • Healthcare Design experience a plus
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of FGI, NFPA and ICC codes a plus
  • Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. MS Project experience is a plus.

Salary Range:
  • 10 - 15 years of experience: $90,000 - $105,000 per year
  • 15 - 20 years of experience: $105,000 - $125,000 per year
