Little Caesars is a company where our colleagues make an impact.Your Mission:The Manager of Cybersecurity Architecture & Engineering is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise cybersecurity architecture, engineering standards, and security technology solutions across the organization. This role ensures secure-by-design principles across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments and drives adoption of enterprise security standards and modern engineering practices, with a strong emphasis on cloud security. This role also leads a team of cybersecurity professionals, including coaching, performance management, and aligning team performance to business and security objectives.How You'll Make an Impact: Define and drive adoption of enterprise security architecture standards, practices, and guardrails across the organizationDesign and maintain cybersecurity architecture patterns, reference architectures, and engineering standards to enable consistent, secure-by-design implementationsLead the design and implementation of secure cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP, and contribute hands-on to complex or high-risk initiatives when neededEnsure alignment with security frameworks such as NIST and COBIT by translating them into actionable architecture standards and controlsCollaborate with IAM teams to design secure identity architecture patterns aligned with enterprise IAM strategy and provide hands-on guidance for complex identity integrationsProvide security architecture guidance to business and IT teams, actively partnering during design and build phases to enable secure delivery-not just review outcomesDefine and track KPIs to measure security architecture adoption, compliance, and risk reduction, and use insights to continuously improve outcomesMaintain architecture documentation, standards, and security artifacts, ensuring they are practical, reusable, and implementation-readySupport resiliency, availability, and disaster recovery design and testing, participating directly in validation activities for critical systemsDevelop and deliver training on cloud security and secure design patterns to elevate engineering and architecture maturity across teamsLead and participate in security architecture reviews and strategic initiatives, taking ownership of high-impact or complex reviews and decisionsAdvise on application and system security requirements aligned with business needs, providing practical, implementable solutions that balance security and delivery goals Who You Are:   Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, computer engineering, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal degree.Minimum 7 years of experience in cybersecurity architecture and engineeringMinimum 3 years of experience leading or managing cybersecurity engineering or architecture teamsMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience designing and securing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Experience architecting security technologies such as CASB, DLP, DRM, 802.1X, and micro segmentationExperience with NIST Cybersecurity Framework and/or COBITExperience securing cloud-hosted applications across AWS, Azure, and GCPFamiliarity with threat modeling methodologies such as STRIDE, MITRE, OSCARCISSP, CSSLP, CCSP, or equivalentCloud security certifications such as AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, or GCP Security Engineer Where You'll Work:    A state-of-the-art building with a modern-day, open environment in the heart of The District Detroit.A colleague fitness center, work caf and an outdoor patio with grills.Over 60 different meeting spaces to help promote a collaborative environment. #LI-JS1All items listed above are illustrative and not comprehensive.
