Architectural Designer

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Milwaukee WI. This role will focus on the design of industrial and commercial facilities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead architectural design efforts and serve as a primary point of contact with clients
  • Develop and produce Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines
  • Collaborate with process and packaging equipment teams to integrate design elements
  • Prepare design criteria and documentation for bid packages and subcontractor pricing
  • Conduct submittal reviews, respond to RFIs, and perform site visits as needed

Qualifications & Skills
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Procore and Navisworks is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Positive attitude and strong collaboration skills

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field required
  • Bachelor of Architecture (5-year) or Master of Architecture preferred

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $48.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
