Project Coordination

  • Track quotes, purchase orders, deliveries, and installation timelines
  • Maintain accurate project notes, client records, and documentation within the CRM
  • Coordinate follow-ups with vendors, workrooms, installers, and suppliers as needed
Library & Operational Support

  • Manage and maintain the design library, sample inventory, and vendor materials
  • Organize discontinued samples, new product arrivals, and resource updates
  • Support workflow systems across both Full Service and Project-Based design teams
Qualifications

  • Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, or comparable design software is required
  • Strong technical drafting skills with the ability to produce accurate floor plans and elevations
  • Comfortable working with CRM platforms, digital sourcing tools, spreadsheets, and studio software
  • Exceptional organization, time management, and follow-through
  • Professional, polished, and comfortable working in a client-facing luxury studio environment
  • Ability to support multiple designers and active projects simultaneously
