We are expanding our Engineering Department and are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our Project Management team in delivering high-quality construction projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in project management methodologies and a passion for teamwork, organization, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project team members to identify and resolve issues efficiently
  • Support the submission of project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards
  • Assist in preparing bid packages and managing procurement processes
  • Contribute to BOM and labor budgets, and help compile pre-job packages
  • Participate in site meetings and assist with field measurements

Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and meet project deadlines
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting shop drawings and architectural plans
  • Experience with AutoCAD and Bluebeam
