What You'll Do

As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll work alongside experienced Project Managers to help keep projects organized, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and milestone tracking
  • Monitor submittals, engineering deliverables, fabrication timelines, and installation progress
  • Support budget management, purchase orders, and cost tracking
  • Coordinate material procurement, deliveries, labor resources, and subcontractors
  • Help maintain project documentation, reports, and daily status updates
  • Assist with OSHA-compliant safety initiatives and documentation
  • Participate in quality control inspections and corrective action tracking
  • Support client communications, progress meetings, and project updates
  • Track contract requirements and assist with change order management
  • Compile project reports, photos, and field documentation

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of construction, project coordination, or related experience
  • Experience in commercial construction or miscellaneous metals is a plus
  • Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project management software (Procore experience preferred)
