An architect internship is a temporary position for students or recent graduates pursuing a career in architecture. Interns work under the supervision of licensed architects, gaining hands-on experience with design, drafting, project management, and construction documents. This role helps aspiring architects develop practical skills, build professional networks, and fulfill requirements for architectural licensure. Internships often serve as a bridge between academic study and full-time employment in the field.
