Job description

Title:

Mid-Level Project Architect | Construction Administration Focus

Client:

Our client is a multidisciplinary architecture and consulting firm serving as Architect of Record, design partner, and owner’s representative across a diverse portfolio. Their work is heavily focused on public-sector and mission-driven projects, including government buildings, community facilities, and non-profit developments, in addition to select commercial and residential work.

Description:

Our client is seeking a Mid-Level Project Architect with 8–10 years of experience to join their growing team. This role will focus on government and non-profit projects, requiring a strong understanding of public-sector processes, stakeholder coordination, and community-focused design.

The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from design through construction. You’ll work closely with public agencies, non-profit clients, and multidisciplinary consultant teams to deliver thoughtful, technically sound solutions that serve broader communities.

Candidates should bring strong design sensibility, solid technical knowledge, and proficiency in both Revit and AutoCAD. Experience in Construction Administration is required, with occasional site visits expected.

Licensure is not required but encouraged; candidates actively pursuing registration (IDP/AXP) are strongly preferred. Experience with mid-sized public, civic, or community-based projects is highly desirable.

Hybrid work schedule offered.
