Qualifications:

  • Licensed Architect with 5 years of project management experience.

  • Proven experience in architectural design, drafting, and construction management across multiple project types.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience working faith-based sector, including churches and Christian schools.

  • Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction regulations applicable in various jurisdictions.

  • Excellent skills in project scheduling using industry-standard tools; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated ability in negotiation with clients and contractors to achieve project goals effectively.
