What You'll Do
- Evaluate current systems and identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency
- Design end-to-end solutions that align with business goals
- Work closely with business partners, architects, and developers to turn requirements into actionable designs
- Lead solution design across core platforms like ERP, MES, CRM, and PLM
- Build integration strategies across cloud, on-prem, and edge environments
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and reliable
- Create clear architecture documentation (diagrams, data flows, interfaces)
- Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend improvements
- Support delivery teams and help ensure solutions are implemented effectively
- Participate in architecture reviews and governance processes
What You Bring
- Experience designing and delivering IT solutions in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong understanding of systems like ERP (SAP, Oracle), MES, PLM, and CRM
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Familiarity with integrations (APIs, microservices, ETL, ESB)
- Knowledge of data structures, analytics, and master data management
- Ability to balance technical design with business priorities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across teams
- Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments

Education & Experience
