Job description

Tyto Athene is looking for a Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) Analyst to support the OPS3 IWMS ARCHIBUS project team at SSC in providing acquisitions project management, sustainment, engineering and lifecycle program support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service, user assistance, project analytical support, and configuration changes within RAMS/Archibus.

  • Provide ongoing technical and engineering support for IWMS customization, including testing of patches, updates, and new functionality.
  • Provide guidance, training, and daily tasking to junior IWMS technicians and SSC IWMS organizational support staff.
  • Coordinate with organizational leaders to develop policies and procedures for personnel moves, equipment changes, and facility changerequest workflows.
  • Oversee quality control for integration scripts, automation processes, and data flow methodologies.
  • Update site configuration changes, validate completed change requests, and ensure IWMS data remains accurate and current.
  • Provide IWMS design support to SSC units, including dashboards, reports, and datavisualization tools for leadership COA decisionmaking.
  • Manage daily project operations for ARCHIBUS and serve as liaison between vendors, SSC organizations/units, and SSC leadership.
  • Deliver ARCHIBUS project metrics, status updates, and analytical insights to Tyto and SSC leadership.
  • Conduct initial and ongoing equipment inventories, personnel verifications, and realtime data entry/modifications.
  • Coordinate with external vendors on engineering and workflow methods for importing ELMS/DPAS federal database data, including testing and customization of import processes.
  • Validate imported data and ensure normalization for use within ARCHIBUS.
  • Administer ARCHIBUS user accounts, permissions, and roles; provide training to SSC IWMS users.
  • Work with vendors and unit leadership to develop and implement containerization strategies that isolate unit data securely.
  • Collaborate with IT and Security teams to maintain accurate equipment baselines and ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements.
  • Perform physical site surveys to validate space, occupancy, and asset accountability across SSC facilities.
  • Execute 10% monthly inventories and 100% annual inventories of tracked assets.
  • Maintain IWMS performance metrics, logs, and dashboards for senior leadership visibility.
  • Develop user training materials and troubleshooting guides for onsite technicians.
  • Conduct IWMS capacity planning through monitoring, alerting, and reporting on resource utilization and system errors.
  • Maintain inventories for support and maintenance at each location by coordinating with logistics.
  • Assist SSC leadership with highvisibility, Generallevel critical taskers requiring rapid IWMS data pulls, analysis, and reporting.
  • Communicate effectively at all organizational levels, from endusers to senior leadership, regarding both business and IT needs.
  • Demonstrate strong project management, scoping, troubleshooting, problem resolution, documentation, and customermanagement skills.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8 years related experience, Masters Degree with 4 years related experience or PhD with 2 years related experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience working with Integrated workplace management systems or comparable resource management systems.
  • Comfortable working with users in a training/mentoring environment as required.
  • Understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SSH, Telnet, WAN.
  • Current knowledge/understanding of security protocols such as HTTPS, IPSEC, Kerberos, Encryption, Access Control, ACL’s.

Desired:

  • STEM Master’s Degree
  • Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprises (SAFe), Project Management Institute- Agile Certified Professional (PMI- ACP), Certified Scrum Master, PMP or similar certification
  • Security+, Network+ or other similar industry recognized certifications to meet DOD 8140 IAT requirements.
  • Knowledge of scripting
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD
  • 5 or more years of DoD and/or Space Operations experience, specifically acquisition and/or operational experience, development of requirements, specifications and proposals; familiar with a variety of acquisition concepts, phases, and procedures; participate in technical studies, and performance reviews; ability to function in a multi-contractor/customer environment, performs a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected; demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills; and effective written and oral communication skills required
  • Familiarity working with or at the Combined Space Operations Center (CSpOC), US Space Command (USSPACECOM), and/or Space Force Field Commands
  • A successful candidate will coordinate the delivery of services among different program activities to increase effectiveness and efficiency leadership – proven success in leading high-performance teams in an integrated product development team environment, achieving results through others, and being a strong team player

Compensation:

  • Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically between $130,000-$180,000. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
