Job description

- Serve as a member of the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team supporting the Enterprise Protect GRC platform.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements for Archer GRC development.
- Provide operational support for Archer inquiries, including access requests, report development, and troubleshooting workflow issues.
- Prepare and manage ad-hoc file updates for organizational changes and asset realignment.
- Conduct release testing and prepare business test cases for new Archer functionalities.
- Lead process definition and design sessions with Cyber & Technology Risk SMEs and Business Information Security Officers.
- Develop and deliver documentation and training materials for Archer users.
- Generate ad-hoc and scheduled reporting from Archer across various modules (assessments, exception management, control standards).
- Review, improve, and optimize internal processes for efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.
- Support audit and regulatory requests related to GRC governance processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, technology control standards, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Promote a strong risk management culture across the enterprise.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment.
- Leverage strong banking and financial services industry experience, specifically in IT and cyber security risk analysis.
- Utilize strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills to interact at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency with Archer GRC platform, MS Office, and databases.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7+ years’ experience in IT risk, technology, and/or information security, ideally in a large financial organization.
- Deep, hands-on Archer GRC experience (beyond document repository usage).
- Strong project management, reporting, and organizational skills.
- Onsite 2 days/week in Mt. Laurel, NJ or Charlotte, NC.
