Active TS/SCI With CI Poly clearance prior to consideration.


The Cyber Metrics, Analyst and Reporting Engineer IV provides support to the customer in the area of Cyber Security. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Supports the Information Security Continuous Monitoring (ISCM) Program Lead in standing up the customerโ€™s Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) program.
  • Lead ConMon process improvement activities
  • Coordinate with the Cyber Data Science team to identify sources of information to better evaluate customers ConMon activities.
  • Coordinate with Cyber Data Science team to create new views of customerโ€™s ConMon posture.
  • Collects the necessary data, develops, and delivers Reports to show customerโ€™s progress to an enterprise wide ConMon program.
  • Develops and deliver asset ConMon compliance views for categories such as mission, cross domain, and location, as required by the customer.
Requirements:

Current U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility with favorably adjudicated Polygraph

  • Bachelors of Science Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or an advanced IA certification
  • DoD 8570 certification in IAT or IAM
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Self-starter requiring limited direction and supervision
  • Data Science experience
  • Experience implementing RMF Process and NIST 800-53 technical controls, as well as developing and maintaining associated certification and accreditation documentation
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (green or black belt)

Desired:

  • Experience supporting IT domain or IC Experience with acquisition and project management
  • Experience briefing senior customer personnel
  • Ability to organize and prioritize numerous customer requests in a fast pace deadline driven environment
  • Familiarity with customer's IA processes
  • Experience with RSA Archer and Xacta
  • Experience supporting IC or DoD in the Cyber Security Domain
