Job description

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an Arcade Supervisor who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast-paced Entertainment Center!

The ideal candidate will be an energetic, driven individual with a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and superior guest service skills. As the Arcade Supervisor, you would be assisting in the overall operations of our state-of-the-art game rooms. Our game rooms feature arcade games, virtual reality, laser tag, and bumper cars, as well as other attractions. This position will work directly with the Arcade Manager to meet and exceed sales goals, assist in running the full retail style prize center, analyzing and understanding game payouts, as well as training and maintaining team members for a variety of positions, all while ensuring that we exceed our guest's expectations and deliver an exceptional experience.

What we’re looking for:

  • 1-2 years of supervisor experience 
  • Experience in retail or sales is a plus
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to analyze reports and proficiency with excel
  • Meriq, Tripleseat, Vector, Micros and Embed software knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Creating an exciting and fun atmosphere to ensure a great experience for our guests
  • Achieve arcade and attraction sales
  • Ensure redemption store inventory levels and displays are in line with company standards
  • Prepare and manage team member schedules and assignments of specific duties
  • Assist in recruiting and hiring team members
  • Developing and overseeing employee training on POS, service protocols, and operational standards throughout the location
