We're looking for an experienced and motivated Arcade Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our crew, and ensure every guest has an outstanding, safe, and memorable arcade experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and enjoy taking ownership, this role is for you!

What You'll Do: As the Arcade Manager, you'll be responsible for both front-line guest experience and behind-the-scenes operations. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing daily arcade operations and ensuring all safety policies and procedures are followed. Leading, training, scheduling, and supervising arcade staff.

Ensuring excellent customer service and handling guest concerns or escalations professionally. Monitoring arcade equipment and games; coordinating maintenance and reporting issues as needed. Managing cash handling, game card systems, and merchandise sales.

Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming arcade environment. Enforcing company policies and setting a positive example for staff. Assisting with inventory, opening/closing duties, and shift coverage as needed.

What We're Looking For: Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent required. 3+ years of customer service experience required.

Prior supervisory or management experience strongly preferred. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
