We're looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy, and people-oriented Manager to lead operations, elevate the guest experience, and oversee a high-performing team in a high-energy, futuristic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the virtual arcade, ensuring a seamless and safe customer experience.
  • Lead and train a team of arcade staff and VR technicians.
  • Monitor and maintain VR hardware and software systems; coordinate with tech support as needed.
  • Manage schedules, inventory, and supplies, including VR equipment and safety gear.
  • Handle customer inquiries and conflict resolution with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics; implement improvements to boost engagement and revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail, entertainment, or hospitality management.
  • Strong interest in VR gaming and emerging technology.
