Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LSW, LPCC, LISW, or LISW-S)
Compensation:
Fully Licensed : Initial salary and then transition to 55% of net collections at 6 months ( estimated at $65,000 - $90,000/year ), paid biweekly
Non-Independently Licensed : Initial salary and then transition to 50% of net collections at 6 months ( estimated at $55,000 - $70,000/year ), paid biweekly
Employment Type: W-2 Full-Time, Exempt (minimum of 32 hours per week)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Flexibility to schedule a minimum of 32 clinical hours within those time frames.
Location: This is a hybrid (75% or greater in-person) role based out of Beachwood, OH
Role Summary
The hybrid Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. Preferred candidates will see adults.
Licensed Therapist Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
  • Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
  • Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
  • Maintain an active caseload of minimum of 32 client sessions per week
  • Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required
  • Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies

Requirements
Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications
  • Active, unrestricted license as a LPCC, LISW, LISW-S and restricted LSW license
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
  • Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
  • Ability to provide therapy independently
  • Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
  • Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (trauma, couples, etc.)
  • Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
