Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 base + equity

Aragon launched in 2022 as the first AI headshot product to market and scaled to $1M ARR within its first months while remaining profitable from day one. Today the company generates approximately $12M ARR and has expanded into AI image generation, product photography, e-commerce assets, and enterprise team solutions. The long-term vision is to become a full AI creative suite spanning images, video, and audio.

About the Role

This is a founding growth seat with full ownership over growth strategy, influencer marketing, performance marketing, and organic content — taking over programs currently managed directly by the founder. You will partner directly with the founder, build growth systems from scratch, and operate across multiple marketing channels simultaneously to drive measurable customer acquisition and revenue growth.
