Job description

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with the daily operations of our apartment communities, provide excellent customer service, and help ensure the property is professionally managed.

Knowledge of the Arabic language is required as an essential function of this position to effectively communicate with Arabic-speaking residents and prospective tenants.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the property.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
  • Communicate with residents and prospective tenants in both English and Arabic as needed.
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist walk-in visitors.
  • Schedule and conduct apartment tours.
  • Process rental applications, leases, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
  • Collect rent and assist with resident account inquiries.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare resident notices, correspondence, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate resident files and records.
  • Assist with marketing and resident retention initiatives.
  • Perform general administrative and office duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous property management, leasing, or office administration experience preferred.
  • Experience with apartment communities is a plus.
  • Experience with Yardi property management software is preferred.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of the Arabic language is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college education is a plus.
