Job Description

JOB DETAILS:

In line with training objectives, support U.S. Army National Training Center (Fort Irwin, CA) training rotations by providing subject matter expertise to rotational training units thereby creating exercise realism and a positive training environment.

Ability to act out a specific role, as assigned by the Program Manager.

* The Role Player will follow scripted and non-scripted scenario driven training events while maintaining close, interpersonal interaction with the rotational training unit and other role players.

* During the exercise scenario, the Role Player will be asked to replicate as authentically as possible, based on personal experience or knowledge, a given persona or position. This may include typical daily life, duties and responsibilities of the position/role or realistic portrayal of an adversary, among other duties.

* Within the exercise scenario, Role Players may interact with host nation officials and civilians, representatives of other foreign governments and various U.S. DoD personnel.

* Shall be a citizen of the United States of America or a work authorized individual under US Citizenship and Immigrations Services (USCIS) policy.

* Maintain a positive team environment with customer, instructors, outside agencies and other contract staff.

* Understand and support Client s processes, procedures, and mission objectives.

* Maintain excellent interpersonal, communication skills and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

* Must have an understanding of basic military fundamentals and customs and courtesies.

* Familiarization with military organization and terminology.

* Should be reasonably physically healthy and fit to withstand physical requirements and must be able to operate for extended periods of time in outdoor conditions, to include extreme heat, cold, rain or snow.

* Prior experience working in classified setting desired.

* Former Special Operations Forces experience in the Middle East, South Asia, and East Asia or Latin America is highly desirable.

* Must be able to obtain and maintain a US SECRET security clearance.

* Integrate with students and perform at scripted competency levels.

Qualifications

- Arabic speakers with fluent English

- Physically Healthy and ready to work up to 13 hours a day in field conditions

- Work permit or US citizenship

- Previous RP experience
