Weekend Server (Arabic & English Preferred) – Join the Sham Restaurant Team!

Sham Restaurant is looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Weekend Server to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who enjoys working with people, provides outstanding customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Bilingual candidates who speak both Arabic and English are strongly preferred.

Position:

Weekend Server
(Friday, Saturday & Sunday Availability Required)

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and seat guests with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver food and drinks while ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
  • Answer menu questions and make recommendations.
  • Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area.
  • Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Assist guests and help resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Previous serving or customer service experience preferred.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Arabic-speaking candidates strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-player mentality.
