Position Overview
The Lead of Product Management is responsible for defining and driving the company’s product vision, strategy, and execution. This leader will align market opportunities, customer needs, and business objectives into a clear, actionable roadmap that accelerates growth and strengthens our competitive position. This role sits at the intersection of customer, technology, and revenue, and requires a leader who can operate both strategically and tactically while ensuring disciplined execution across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Strategic thinker who can connect market → product → revenue

  • Comfortable pushing back with data and conviction
  • Credible with both customers and engineers
  • Has seen scale and knows what “good” looks like
  • 10+ years of experience within the relevant industry (SaaS/software preferred).

  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
