  • Monday through Friday: Shifts may be scheduled between 5:00 AM and 12:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: Shifts may be scheduled between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM

Job Summary

This position blends sales, customer service, and operational tasks, making it perfect for someone who is passionate about health, wellness, and client satisfaction.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Guest (Intro) Experience and New Membership Enrollment (40% of role)

  • Assist with planning, setup, and execution of pop-up cold plunge events, ensuring smooth operations and a positive guest experience.
  • Many events will require early morning shifts, as they often coincide with the operating hours of local boutique gyms. Flexibility in availability is crucial during this phase. Note: More typical hours will be available once the studio is open and this role transitions to an in-studio focus.
  • Tours potential members through the studio and describes the facilities, services and amenities that directly tie back to the intro’s individual needs and goals.
  • Communicates membership options in a clear and concise manner.
  • Effectively and professionally enrolls guests using company sales techniques and protocol
  • Onboards new members successfully and assists with all member retention activities in order to drive club profitability

Prospecting and Lead Generation (40% of role)

  • Responsible for effectively setting appointments for all leads and potential new business
  • Communicates and promotes marketing campaigns to leads and members
  • Manages and follows up on leads/new business using company software (including Axel and MindBody)
  • Executes daily plan for successful lead management and selling activities

Member Experience (20% of role)

  • Partners with Studio Manager to provide a best-in-class, member-centric experience that strengthens member relationships and builds member retention.
  • Ensures members receive a friendly greeting/check-in and prompt attention to their needs.
  • Maintains name relationships with members and serves as a resource for their questions or concerns.
  • Provides a clean, friendly, well-maintained studio to members and guests.

Requirements:

Minimum Educational Level / Certification

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator Certification (AED) received through in person training required
  • Specialized credentials in fitness/health/wellness preferred

Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales environment
  • Experience with relationship-based selling, building value and overcoming objections

Physical Demands / Environmental Conditions

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Physical efforts required for daily duties including squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, jumping, and prolonged standing and walking
