Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Canvassing Manager to oversee and elevate a team of field agents who generate leads through neighborhood outreach across our New Jersey market. You'll report daily to our Cranford, NJ office before heading into the field to coach, mentor, and empower your team to outperform expectations.
 
What You'll Do (Leadership + Lead Generation at the Core):
- Lead From the Front: Set the energy and tone by actively participating in field outreach while guiding your team through daily goals and expectations.
- Motivate & Coach: Develop a high-performing team of Direct Marketing Agents through on-the-spot coaching, team huddles, ride-alongs, and performance feedback.
- Drive Lead Volume: Oversee your territory's outreach efforts to ensure your team is generating a strong pipeline of qualified appointments for our sales consultants.
- Maintain Excellence: Ensure every interaction reflects the professionalism of Renewal by Andersen-your leadership sets the standard.
- Team Logistics: Use a company vehicle to transport yourself and your team to assigned neighborhoods, ensuring smooth operations every day.
- Be the Product Expert: Understand our products and services so you can train your team to confidently educate homeowners.

- 5+ years in sales or a related customer-facing role

Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $70,000
Total Earning Potential: $90,000-$120,000+ (base + bonus + commission)

Schedule:
- Full-time | 40+ hours per week
