Job description

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Lead HVAC Installer to join our team, ensuring premier installation services for our customers. This position involves managing the full installation process of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, guiding junior technicians, and adhering to strict safety and quality standards.

  • · Basic Troubleshooting Skills
  • · Ability to cut-in as well as roof-in curbs
  • · Installation of various systems including: One and Two Stage Heat Pump and Gas Split Systems,
  • Roof mount or Ground Mount Package Units, Ductless Mini Splits, Duct Systems, and Zone systems
  • · Code Compliant Installation of Gas line, Condensates, Electrical Circuits (High and Low Volt), and Venting systems for both 80% and 90% efficient furnaces.
  • · May be called upon to perform the duties of subordinate levels.
  • · All other duties as assigned.
