Apprentice Electrician


A well-established Kansas City contractor is hiring for an experienced Electrician to join our team.

The Electrician will be responsible for installs and services of electrical systems, observing company safety guidelines, documenting each project and updating client records, providing material cost and time estimates, and training apprentices. You should also be able to easily diagnose electrical faults and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that workmanship adheres to industry standards of quality, safety and best practices
  • Understand, interpret and build to project documents and schematics
  • Demonstrate and uphold company policies, safety program and core values
  • Report job status daily to project management team
  • Complete as-built documentation, i.e. red-lines, photos and test results
  • Utilize basic computer and email functions


Skills:


  • A minimum of 1-2 years of Residential and/or Commercial experience
  • Extremely reliable and punctual
  • Strong work ethic and high level of craftsmanship
