Job description

Personality Requirements:
  • Must at least 18 yrs old
  • Clean Background Check
  • Enjoys athletics
  • Ability to learn, adopt, and communicate the i9 Sports rules
  • Wants to help the players learn and have fun
  • Can clearly communicate and work with others (Volunteer coaches, parents, and other staff)
  • Likes to get involved and stay busy

Job Description - Coach
  • Learn and understand i9 Sports Rulebook
  • Teach players the fundamentals of the sports (kicking, dribbling, throw-ins, goalie positions, spacing, etc..)
  • Have a practice plan for team each week (We can help create)
  • Create a rotation sheet to ensure players play different positions and play equally (document provide by i9 Sports)
  • Work the players to help improve from week #1 to Week #7
  • Communicate to families it is not about winning or losing, but getting better each week
  • Provide weekly communicate to families prior to game day (Instructions and communicate sample provided i9 Sports

  • Officiate the game and help the players learn from their mistakes
  • Communicate the calls loudly and clearly
  • Stopwatch and whistle are required (provide by employee)
