Registered Nurse Opportunity

Our client is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN to join their extraordinary care team. This full-time position involves providing management and delivery of patient care plans in Western PA and surrounding areas. The role requires on-call availability on weekends and local travel to patient locations. The successful candidate will have an associate degree, an RN license in the state of work, and at least one year of RN experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans Support patients in Western PA and surrounding areas Spend ~20% of the day driving to/from patient locations Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting Self-manage time and schedule

Schedule and Shift Details

On-call Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 5:00pm to 10:00pm + 8 units on Saturday + 8 units on Sunday, 2 holidays per year

Qualifications Required

Associate degree or higher 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: Clinical Documentation Clinical Informatics Clinical Quality 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Other EMR Practice Partner EMR Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania (PA) ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications: American Red Cross Advanced Life Support (ARC ALS) American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
