Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Pay Range: $47-$59/hr (pay dependent on years of experience)

What You'll Bring:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License – State of Pennsylvania (Required)

In this role, you will provide exceptional nursing care, oversee unit operations during your shifts, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements — all while bringing compassion, professionalism, and heart to your work.


Responsibilities

  • Provide resident-centered nursing care in accordance with care plans and policies
  • Oversee daily nursing unit operations and ensure schedules and procedures are followed
  • Allocate work assignments, train staff, and participate in evaluations
  • Conduct resident assessments, notify physicians as needed, and update care plans
  • Administer and monitor medications and treatments per guidelines
  • Ensure infection control practices, safety measures, and emergency protocols are followed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate care across shifts
  • Communicate compassionately with residents, families, physicians, and care teams
  • Participate in Care Conferences, meetings, and in-service education
