You will work in small, highly collaborative agile teams, using modern technologies to deliver high-impact solutions. You will contribute to both rapid prototypes and full-scale enterprise applications, seeing the direct business impact of your work from day one. Our teams combine open-source technologies, enterprise platforms, and AI-enabled capabilities to build scalable, cost-effective systems. You will collaborate closely with system architects, development managers, and consultants to deliver intelligent web-based and mobile applications that meet business goals, taking a leading role in shaping our technical direction and integrating cutting-edge Generative AI capabilities to create industry-shaping products.
You'll join the team in the Wroclaw or Lisbon office. We are open to consider application on different levels: Software Engineer, Senior SE or Principal SE.
We are currently executing our MineSpans 2.0 vision, which aims to embed Generative AI across our data processes to completely transform how we ingest, transform, discover, consume, and provide clients with data and insights. We are also extending this vision to the entire Metals & Mining practice, aiming to rewire the practice by leveraging the latest AI developments.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with strong proficiency in languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript
  • Proven experience developing full-stack applications with back-end (e.g., Node.js, Spring), front-end (e.g., AngularJS), and database (Relational and Non-relational) technologies
  • Hands-on experience integrating Generative AI models (LLMs) to build features like conversational agents, intelligent search (RAG), and content generation, with a strong understanding of prompt engineering and model orchestration
  • Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices (e.g., DRY, TDD), with experience in trade-off analysis for complex systems
  • Significant experience with web services (REST, SOAP), cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and DevOps tooling, including CI/CD and automated testing
  • First-hand experience working with Agile methodologies and a commitment to engineering excellence, scalability, and maintainability
  • A self-starter mindset with an entrepreneurial approach, strong analytical abilities, and a passion for technology and AI-driven transformation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a proven ability to mentor other engineers, and the ability to communicate complex technical and AI concepts clearly
  • Fluent level language skills in English
