Skilled Maintenance Technician – Sherwood Oaks

Cranberry Township, PA – Full-time; Hourly, Non-exempt; Monday through Friday 8 AM – 4:30 PM with occasional weekends and rotating on call responsibility.

Starting Pay: $19.00/hour - $27.00/hour; Depending on experience

The Skilled Maintenance Technician is responsible for skilled preventative and routine building and property maintenance.  This role is also responsible for conducting inspections, responding to maintenance calls, including emergencies, during on-call shifts.

Requirements for the Skilled Maintenance Technician:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. 
  • Have an associate’s degree or equivalent from an accredited school in one of the following: Plumbing/Fitting, HVAC, Electricity, Welding/Fabricating or Carpentry and two years of related experience OR 5 years of related work experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Possess a valid Driver’s License. 
  • Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
  • Have mid-level computer skills, including knowledge of email, web browsing, Excel, and the ability to use a work order system.
