As a Electrical Site Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring the proper electrical implementation of automated production systems, leading the installation process and ensuring the operational availability and reliability.


Note:This role does not involve IT, software development, Agile/Scrum, or technical engineering design.


General Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate all on-site electrical installation activities.
  • Plan the phases, schedules, milestones, and deliverables of the electrical installation scope of projects.
  • Resolution of technical and operational incidents that may arise during electrical assembly.
  • Supervision and coordination of the installation personnel in their charge, including supervisors and electrical team leaders.
  • Risk identification and mitigation
  • Determine the human, technical and material resources necessary for the development of the electrical assembly projects that are assigned to it.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, industrial safety and applicable regulations.
  • Guarantee the documentation and technical closure of electrical installations.
  • Ability to prepare reports or follow-up reports of installation tasks, to inform the head of the department, project management or the client.
  • Coordination with the electrical engineering team for the reception, analysis and implementation of the technical information necessary for the realization of the electrical assembly.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum experience of 10 years performing supervision tasks in electrical installation projects for the assembly of automated and/or robotic lines, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Technical knowledge of: complex electromechanical installations, robotic and industrial automation systems, reading and interpretation of EPLAN electrical diagrams and industrial safety regulations.
  • Problem-solving profile, with decision-making skills and management of situations on site.
  • Total availability to travel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
