Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair small engine outdoor power equipment including chainsaws, snowblowers, lawnmowers, tractors & zero turn mower.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product questions and loading/unloading.
  • Document and track repairs through work orders and assist with warranty claims.
  • Attend training classes to stay updated on OEM repair techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and loss prevention policies.
