Job description

Do you want to do work that matters, alongside supportive leaders who will help you grow faster than you ever thought possible? Are you a creative problem-solver who is energized by challenges? You've come to the right place.
YOUR IMPACT
You will be part of the Responsible AI team within the Digital Risk Office, the firm's 1st Line of Defense for managing digital risks.
You will support the delivery and day-to-day execution of Responsible AI controls and initiatives, ensuring AI systems are designed, developed, and deployed in line with the firm's Trustworthy and Responsible AI principles, including fairness, safety, transparency, privacy, human oversight, and societal and environmental well-being. Working closely with 1st and 2nd Line of Defense partners across Risk, Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity, and Technology teams, you will translate Responsible AI strategy and standards into actionable workstreams that enable both strong risk management and effective AI development.
In this role, you will structure and prioritize work to ensure Responsible AI controls are implemented, tested, and operated consistently across the firm. You will lead the design and operation of controls within the Unified Control Framework, apply regulatory and industry frameworks in practical ways, oversee control adoption and performance, and define key metrics to support monitoring and continuous improvement. You will also contribute to building and scaling Responsible AI capabilities, proactively identify and escalate risks, and foster sound judgment, high-quality problem solving, and inclusive collaboration.
YOUR GROWTH
You are someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, bringing a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to tackle meaningful challenges that have a real impact.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities to help you quickly broaden your expertise, grow into a well-rounded professional, and contribute to work that truly makes a difference.
When you join us, you will have:

You'll make a tangible impact by offering innovative ideas and practical solutions, all while upholding our unwavering commitment to ethics and integrity. We not only encourage diverse perspectives, but they are critical in driving us toward the best possible outcomes.
  • Global community: With colleagues across 65+ countries and over 100 different nationalities, our firm's diversity fuels creativity and helps us come up with the best solutions. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to learn from exceptional colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • Exceptional benefits: On top of a competitive salary (based on your location, experience, and skills), we provide a comprehensive benefits package to enable holistic well-being for you and your family.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree and/or military or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience in technology, AI/ML, data, cybersecurity, privacy, risk management, or related fields
  • Experience delivering cross-functional initiatives involving technology, risk, legal, or compliance stakeholders, with accountability for outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with Responsible AI, AI governance, model risk management, or related control environments, including translating standards into operational practices.
  • Exposure to Responsible AI or ML governance tooling such as fairness and explainability libraries (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360, DeepEval, SHAP, LIME, Google Differential Privacy Library).
  • Ability to lead and review AI/ML evaluation activities, including bias and fairness testing, performance analysis, or robustness assessments
