About the Role

As a Plumbing Install Lead, you will lead plumbing installation crews while also performing hands-on plumbing work. Youll help ensure residential installation projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards and plumbing codes.

This role is ideal for an experienced plumber who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is ready to lead and support installers and apprentices in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct plumbing installers and apprentices on residential installation projects

  • Perform hands-on residential plumbing installations and repairs

  • Read plans and ensure plumbing work is completed correctly

  • Inspect completed work for quality and code compliance

  • Train, support, and assist less-experienced team members

  • Communicate job progress, material needs, and project issues to management

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

  • Provide professional customer service throughout the project

  • Complete required job documentation accurately and on time

  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and plumbing codes
