Melton Electric is looking for an experienced Project Foreman to lead our field teams and keep commercial electrical projects running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. In this role, you'll serve as the connection between project management and the field-coordinating crews, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering projects that exceed expectations.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Valid Journeyman Electrician License (or higher)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading commercial or industrial electrical projects as a Foreman or Lead Electrician
  • Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and job site safety practices
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
