Job description

Facilities Maintenance Technician – Keep Our Operations Running Smoothly

We’re looking for a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to support daily operations and keep our buildings, grounds, and equipment in top shape.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and facility equipment

  • Troubleshoot issues and support emergency repairs across departments

  • Maintain clean, safe, and stocked workspaces including restrooms and break rooms

  • Operate hand and power tools, lifts, and floor scrubbers safely and effectively

  • Support preventive maintenance programs and assist with special projects

  • Communicate with supervisors and team leads to prioritize tasks and report issues

What you bring:

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, assembly instructions, and schematics.
  • Demonstrates ability to troubleshoot and problem solve numerous varieties of facilities issues.
  • Previous experience with hand and power tools required.  Will use a combination of self-owned tools and company supplied.
  • Must be highly motivated, self-directed and able to work independently.
  • Must be able to perform math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and fractions.
  • Able to accurately measure using a tape measure or other measuring equipment.
  • Previous experience in building construction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
