PAINTER APPRENTICE -FULL TIME

Performs a variety of surface preparation, painting, and wallcovering duties in and around Luther Manor properties.

  • Prepares surfaces for sanding, patching etc. using hand/power tools.
  • Paints and treats exterior and interior surfaces.
  • Coordinates multiple job assignments to meet changing priorities.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision 5% of time and typically works alone.
  • Requests purchase orders and maintain stock needed to perform job assignments .
  • Installs and maintains wall coverings.
