You will play a crucial role in building and operating global authentication and authorization services that support client-facing solutions.
You will design and deliver scalable, robust identity platforms used by thousands of users and hundreds of assets worldwide.
You will produce high-quality code across the full technology stack, lead Agile and SCRUM development practices, troubleshoot and resolve complex performance and reliability issues, and apply industry standards and innovations to continuously improve product quality.
You will collaborate closely with a globally distributed, polyglot engineering team as well as partners in development, DevOps, product management, design, security, UX, and consulting, while mentoring junior engineers and aligning stakeholders around evolving client needs.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • 5+ years of software development experience with a proven track record in scalable project management
  • Expertise in Java or Golang
  • Experience with identity management solutions such as Okta and RedHat Keycloak
  • Proficiency in functional languages such as OCaml is a significant plus
  • Advanced skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node, React, and Redux
  • Proficiency in writing tests; experience with Jest, JMeter, or Gatling is advantageous
  • Deep understanding of cloud-native technologies and providers such as AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes
  • Strong understanding of relational database systems; PostgreSQL preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of CI/CD best practices
  • Expertise in SSO and federated authentication methods including SAML and OIDC
  • Ability to lead Agile development processes and mentor engineers in a collaborative environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
