  • Navigate complex municipal procurement processes and evaluate RFQs to position the company as a preferred general contractor.

  • Coordinate with the preconstruction team to bridge the gap between initial client interest and successful project handoff.

  • Drive the expansion of negotiated work by demonstrating a deep understanding of developer pro formas and project timing.

  • Execute strategic outreach to municipal decision-makers to enhance company visibility and bonding opportunities.

  • Promote the company’s reputation for integrity by acting as the primary face of our brand in the regional commercial market.

  • Demonstrated success in managing tenant representative brokerage relationships with a construction crossover.

  • Experience navigating diversity goals and safety record requirements for municipal projects.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive bi-weekly pay cycle with performance-based bonuses.

  • Comprehensive medical insurance coverage for you and your family.

  • Generous paid time off, including all major holidays, vacation, and sick leave.

  • Access to professional apprenticeship and mentorship training programs to fuel your career growth.

  • Ground-floor opportunity in a supportive, family-owned environment with significant upward mobility.
