Job description

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience with Milling Machines
  • Willing to work days, nights, or weekends as needed
  • Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 100 pounds) Must be able to work in outdoor environments in various weather conditions
  • Must be able to meet company MVR requirements and have a valid Florida driver's license
  • Must be able to pass drug screening and background check


Responsibilities:

  • Operating the milling machine to remove asphalt to a specific depth, ensuring that the job is done safely and efficiently
  • Inspect and perform maintenance on milling machines to ensure proper operation
  • Set-up, adjust controls on milling machine for each specific project to achieve the desired operations for the job
  • Knowledgeable in reviewing equipment condition and maintenance needs
  • A strong advocate for promoting and maintaining safe working practices and adherence to company safety standards
  • Willingness to perform additional projects and duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the team
