What You Bring to the Team

  • Valid Certifications: CSO, WHMIS 2015, and Basic Rigging Level 1 certifications.
  • Trade Experience: Background as a Labourer or Apprentice Welder with practical experience in pipe fabrication, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid ability to read and interpret welding symbols, along with proficiency using cutting tools and equipment like pipe cutters, grinders, torches, and beveling machines.
  • Rigging & Material Handling: Practical rigging skills, knowledge of safe lifting practices, and careful handling of materials and equipment to keep work areas clean and safe.
  • Precision & Teamwork: Strong communication skills with a proven track record of following verbal and written instructions precisely from welders and supervisors.
