They typically assist with a variety of tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and basic construction duties. As apprentices, they receive on-the-job training and may participate in formal apprenticeship programs to develop their abilities and advance in the trade. This role is often the first step toward a long-term career in construction and related fields.
