Job description

We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality, safety, and career development. Quality Labor Management is currently seeking motivated and dependable Apprentice Electricians to join our team. As an Apprentice Electrician, you will work under the supervision of experienced journeyman electricians, gaining valuable hands-on experience while assisting with various electrical tasks.

Qualifications of an Apprentice Electrician:

· Must be available to work 7 AM to 3 PM Monday through Friday at minimum (schedule could be earlier and later)

· Incredibly competitive weekly pay – pay based on experience

· Must be able to pass a Drug Test

· Basic knowledge of electrical systems and tools.

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

· Good communication and teamwork abilities.

· Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various environments.

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities of an Apprentice Electrician:

· Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.

· Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems to include switch gears, motor controls, electrical, lighting and power supplies.

· Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.

· Perform basic electrical tasks such as wiring, conduit bending, and fixture installation.

· Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.

· Use and maintain hand and power tools safely and effectively.

· Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform preventive maintenance.

· Keep work areas clean and organized.
