ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
KYSOR WARREN - EPTA
Design the electrical part of the refrigeration units and/or the refrigeration plant, using alternative construction criteria consistent with sustainability criteria
EXPERIENCE:
  • Electrical / Electronic Engineering degree (bachelor's with 7+ year experience or master's with 5+ year experience)
  • Competency with electrical wiring diagram design
  • Knowledge of PCB design
  • Hands-on engineering and prototype testing for lighting optimization is a plus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead product development and electrical design activities relevant to design of a commercial refrigerator
  • Communicating and collaborating effectively within or outside organization with vendors and suppliers
  • Optimization of design using Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Assembly (DFA) principles
  • Engineering design using hand calculations and analysis of 1D/2D engineering models
  • Integration of various electronic and electrical components including controllers, harness, plugs, and luminaires that meet electrical safety standards
  • Generating and presenting reports for design approval
  • Drafting and publishing internal engineering standards and procedures
