Position Overview 


As an Electric Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced electricians to learn and perform residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, eager to grow, and passionate about mastering the electrical craft.

Requirements

Assist licensed electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
Learn how to troubleshoot wiring, circuits, fixtures, breakers, and electrical components
Support in running conduit, pulling wire, and setting electrical panels
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Follow all safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and company standards
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers as needed
Participate in continuous technical training and skill development
Uphold Heart of Ohio's values of professionalism, quality, and excellent service



Qualifications


Strong interest in the electrical trade and desire to become a licensed electrician
No experience required - training is provided
Must be comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and ladders
Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
