Job Description

This Business Analyst position focuses on activities on supporting contracts; serves as the subject matter expert and point of contact for information technology contracts and purchasing activities for division projects and operational services.

Responsibilities include: Serves as the division subject matter expert and point of contact for contracts, purchase orders and invoices; Serve as the contracts point of contact to the Business & IT Support Services area; Provide guidance to team members on the purchasing, contract management processes and request for proposal (RFP) and statement of work (SOW) preparation; Assist team members with RFP and SOW creation; Work with Financial Specialist and other leaders to secure funding; Ensure contract and purchase order (PO) spend within budget and contract value; Analyze contracts, provide recommendations to Leadership to resolve contract issues; Monitor future contract change needs; Prepare invoices for approval; ensure deliverable are met in accordance with contract terms; reports to the division director or designee.
