Sheet Metal Apprentice
Comfort Systems USA Ohio | Commercial HVAC & Mechanical Construction
Build your future with Comfort Systems USA Ohio! We are seeking a motivated Sheet Metal Apprentice to join our Mechanical Construction team. This is an excellent opportunity to learn a skilled trade while working alongside experienced professionals on commercial and industrial HVAC construction projects.
What You'll Do
  • Assist with the installation of commercial HVAC ductwork, air distribution systems, dampers, louvers, and air-moving equipment.
  • Learn to fabricate and modify sheet metal using hand and power tools.
  • Install duct supports, hangers, and mechanical system components.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings with guidance from experienced team members.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site while following OSHA and company safety standards.
What We're Looking For
  • Current apprentice registration or willingness to obtain, as required.
  • Mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn the sheet metal trade.
  • Basic knowledge of construction tools and the ability to read a tape measure is preferred.
  • OSHA 10 certification is a plus.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and committed to quality workmanship.
