Maintenance Project Manager – SeniorCare Network

Pittsburgh, PA – Full-time; Hourly, Non-exempt; Daylight Hours

Starting Pay: $26.00/hour - $34.00/hour; Depending on experience

The Maintenance Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance projects across multiple properties. This role involves managing capital improvements, supervising contractors, indirectly supervising maintenance technicians, ensuring compliance with safety and building codes, and executing preventative maintenance strategies. The ideal Project Maintenance Manager is a hands-on leader with strong project management and technical skills. With an emphasis on safety, detail, and time management this position travels to multiple locations in the region to offer support where needed.

Requirements for the Maintenance Project Manager: 

  • High School diploma or GED and at least 5 years of building maintenance experience
  • Two (2) years of Construction Project Management experience 
  • Relevant licenses and bonds
  • Strong handyman/building skills and the ability to operate power and hand tools following appropriate safety standards.
  • EPA 608 Certification preferred. EPA 608 Certification must be obtained within one year from date of hire. 
  • Basic computer skills (email, web searching, Microsoft Outlook). Ability to use position specific work order systems. Ability to read architectural drawings and blueprints.
  • HVAC* and EPA 608** Certifications at time of hire are preferred.
  • OSHA Certification is required within 6 months of hire.
  • Driver’s license and access to a registered and insured vehicle for frequent and regular travel between communities within the same day and the ability to respond to emergency calls as soon as possible but not to exceed one (1) hour. 
  • Be able to effectively perform all functions of the Maintenance Tech I and II roles. 

*If HVAC Certification is not presented at time of hire, enrollment in a qualified program must be completed within 6 months with program completion within 3 years.

**If EPA 608 Certification is not presented at time of hire, certification must be completed within 1 year of hire.
